Major Outdoor Mall

Tsawwassen Commons is a major new retail shopping centre being developed on lands under a 99-year lease from the Tsawwassen First Nations at Tsawwassen, B.C. The project is part of a more than 1,000-acre master-planned community that includes commercial, industrial, residential, office, natural and park areas.

Tsawwassen Commons is an approximately 550,000 square foot development that includes big box stores (Walmart, Canadian Tire and Rona), mid-sized box stores, commercial retail units, banks and restaurants.

Tsawwassen Commons is one of the newest open air shopping centers to be built in Metro Vancouver.  Phase 1 of close to 350,000 square feet is complete and is substantially leased with a variety of national and international retailers. The next phase of over 100,000 square feet is now under construction with completion scheduled for 2018. Phase 3 will begin shortly thereafter.
